Kathy would feel very guilty about all the noise she was making up on the roof of the warehouse if she realized that it wasn't actually as abandoned as she assumed. There was a reason she was doing rooftop parkour here, rather than in town where the businesses were.
But if she was going to head out to Boston to fight crime, she needed to make sure she was prepared for all sorts of things. Like running around on rooftops.
Hence, practice! Really, really noisy practice, because she'd set up a few of the training dummies from the salle along her route to "fight" against as she ran.
"Take that!" she shouted, coming up from a roll to throw her gynmnastics ribbons at a dummy and send it crashing down.
