The one constant thing in Barry’s life is ideas. They are always there and always poking at him to move forward and advance.

Today that means there’s a twelve foot long carrot sitting in the middle of the warehouse.

It’s best not to ask about the thought process that got him there.

"Always do!" Summer sang brightly, looking around for a good spot to shoot the portal, then pulled the trigger. One more super quick kiss, another "Thanks again!" And then she hopped right through.

And hopefully not straight into the goddamn living room.

Barry smiled as Summer hopped through the portal. In another time or another place it would have been him going off on wild adventures. But now he was content to be where he was doing what he did best. He stood there for a moment or two basking in the moment before turning back to the project at hand.

And while the never ending streams of thought started up again the smile on his face stuck around for a long time.
