It had been five years since Barry left Fandom. Well... at least five years for Fandom. He at first thought he'd be content just staying on the island where he'd be free to pursue his experiments to his heart's content. But once his friends were gone it just wasn't the same.

And then after one sleepless night of reading and reading and reading he ran across a quote by of all people: A self help guru. The quote said: "All of the great geniuses of the world were inspired and driven by their desire to enrich the lives of others."
